What is the project about
The project is named #FeedWithCreativity – the hashtag is already operating on social networks – and it has been created by Manuel Barbieri and Marco Magalini, founders of MM Company, a creative consultancy agency based in Milan, Italy. They opened the doors of their studio in Milan (Garibaldi district, the new face of the city) to creative people creating a schedule of appointments exploring the different facets of creativity, from illustration to sculpture, photography, food, fashion. One exhibition per month, free entry, for sharing experiences and networking. All summed with the hashtag #FeedWithCreativity. An exciting program of events to share, at all levels, the desire that we have in common: creativity is the engine of making.
The first appointments have been enchanting and crowded of people! Now we need your support to let this project continue in 2016! We need funds to finance the preparations, communication, information, technology and create a dedicated website.
“The project was born from the desire to say that Italy is still a Country able to accommodate a new generation of entrepreneurs, who have in their hands a weapon that, over the years, made them different from the rest of the world: the creativity - Manuel Barbieri and Marco Magalini say. If it was a question, we might answer no, that Italy is not in a position to do this, that we are living a time of economical crisis, that every day Italian companies close their doors and good professionals lose their jobs. But in any medal there are two sides. We strive to stay focused on the side of Italy which is full of young talents, working twenty hours a day to achieve a goal. We see a strong Italy, which wants to invest energies to relaunch. We see entrepreneurs who do not recline and continue to think big. A nation of workers, irrespective of age, seeking to open up to the future with optimism”.
