Classical music is slowly but surely becoming a thing of the past if we don’t do something about it.
That is why we started CIMA, Concerti In Monte Argentario. CIMA is a non for profit organisation dedicated to helping young classical musicians to promote their careers.
Young musicians will keep our rich musical heritage alive for the discerning ears of today’s and tomorrow’s audiences.
If the concerts disappear, so will the audiences.
Let’s keep encouraging our young people to pursue a career in classical music.
Organisations such as CIMA are therefore invaluable!
CIMA’s young talents will perform during our summer festival on Monte Argentario (Italy) from July 27th through August 4th. The concerts will take place on 27-29-31 July and 2 and 4 August.
They will not be paid for their performance. Instead all proceeds go towards scholarships to promote their careers.
If you support CIMA, YOU are contributing to a scholarship that will enable a young talent to pay for the expensive studies, master classes and travels he or she has to undertake to make it in the music world. It is a very tough competitive world where the most excellent only survive.
We therefore appeal to YOU to give more young talented musicians a chance to bring this beautiful art back to YOU.
This year we have planned a varied program of classical and world music.
We feel it is also important to present world music, as it promotes our appreciation of different cultures and their musical traditions.

CIMA’s main objective has been to help young musicians in the development of their artistic careers. To that end it has been able to give out many scholarships and create a Summer Festival as a platform for their musicians to perform. Their students have also taken part in numerous other events in Italy and beyond.Since its inception, CIMA has been able to give 46 scholarships of a total value of more than 150.000 euros and has organised more than 300 concerts
