Hi, we are Paolo, Mariangela, Maria Rosa, Marianna, Barbara, Giuseppe, Ylenia, Maria Rosaria, Tiziana, Andrea, Daniela, Nadia, Vito. A team of young calabrian, women & men fully aware that nothing can be left to chance and that only through sheer perseverance we are going to make our future.

Together we gave shape and contents to Corrierelocride.it , an indipendent online newspaper, and we imagine to report about our local area in a new and fresh way, keeping as our beacon the idea that freedom of information doesn't consist only in the freedom itself, but also in the freedom of getting informed and being informed. Corriere Locride is brought about by the need of working not for ourselves, but for the territory we live in and it's for this reason that apart from the reportages.pictures, commentaries it gives also useful informations about moving easily on the territory of the Locride and invites, with grace and irony, to give a thought about our daily life, but also about our past and our history.

Everyday Corriere Locride proposes its original columns:You can taste the irony and humour in "Missive Attach" and "ZenZèru" by Maria Rosa Rechichi, or the cartoons of "La Ficandianara" by Marianna Frammartino, you'll be able to know the world and stories of the migrants reading "La Pecora Nera" by Tiziana Doris Bruzzese, follow the adventures of a young worker with "Desperate Workers" by Ylenia Murdaca, "study" uses and habits of the old and modern Magna Graecia's inhabitants with "Il Club Dumas" by Andrea Di Bernardo, learn something on traditions and folk muisc in "Cunti&Canti" by Maria Rosaria Stefanelli, being informed on the latest fashions with "Moda e Tendenze" by Daniela Sgambellone, reflect about some perspectives of the politics with "Politically Scorrect" by Barbara Panetta or looking at the world through the lenses of "Scritti e Scatti" by Nadia Panetta.

Well, we like to think that everyday from the first coffee of the morning through all day and into the night when you get to bed, we of Corriere Locride are with you, because Corriere Locride is just you who are reading.

In a world that is changing so fast and where the plurality of information is essential, why Corriere Locride?

Because despite the social problems, the lack of culture, reading remains the primary tool to find the solution to what happens in life, through the story of the daily news and events of the world around us.
