Born in 2009 the Accademia Musicale dell’Annunciata is an ensemble of young student musicians that come from the best Italian school and Italian conservatory. Tutors of the project are 3 great musicians specialized in baroque music. They are:
Riccardo Doni, harpsichord and Direction
Carlo Lazzaroni, violins and Tutor
Marcello Scandelli, cellos and Tutor
We consider very important the training but also the enhancement of the student as an individual, as part of the ensemble. Learning in which students are involved, through their own experiences with the tutor, making them the protagonists of initiatives unpublished. This project aspires to form not only the best musicians, but also better individuals through a social relationship of cultural exchange and human contact.Through a process of "musica d'insieme", you want to bring the students to the "baroque practice". Are required study and detailed methods, using original instruments or copies, which would introduce the student in a world only touched in his usual way. Several concerts season in the Convento dell'Annunciata and the many concerts performed in other places, are the mirror of the work done in recent years. The Accademia Musicale dell'Annunciata is a Cultural project for all the young people, and not only, that want to try a different mode to experience the perception of "bello" also through a common life and common experiences.
The cd's project
The Accademia dell'Annunciata, after 3 years of study and hard work, would like to know the level reached with a record. The idea is to make a historic first arrival point from which to start new aspirations. The title will be "Tempeste e Battaglie".
The authors considered are: Samuel Scheidt, Matthew Locke, Johann Caspar Fischer, Gregor Joseph Werner, Ignaz Franz von Biber and Georg P. Telemann. The registration will propose famous authors like Locke and Biber and others less famous, these choices have been made to create a program with contrasting characteristics necessary to give importance to the scores studies and esthetic results achieved after years of hard work.
This new experience and the meeting with "microphones", we think, will offer more experience and maturity for a possible future by real professionals. The recording will be distributed in Italy and in the world from a known record company.
