This is a Grow-funding. Let it grow!!
Hi, we are four women, four eggs, Valeria architect and Dj, Libera painter, Giulia graphic designer, Viola poet. We have been worked on urban art for years, but recently we have founded Uovo alla Pop gallery and in April we are opening again in a new space with new ideas. Our dream then your dream is collecting 15000 euros for a street art festival. We have closed the old gallery with the promise of continuing working on Garibaldi district making it the art district; we have started with decorating the shutters of the project PARETE APERTA, up jumping on the walls. We call it ‘grow funding’ spend to grow up together and step by step transforming the shape of a city, put the make up on Livorno’s face. International artists will realize the walls.
For the drawing of one big wall there will be a call for artists. Walls and shutters to transform Livorno in a city the opens doors, walls and the street art eyes. Uovo alla Pop wants to be a container for contemporary art, a place where introducing the current art scenario and a way to go beyond the architectonical borders of an art gallery.
The festival will be in September but we need you now to collect the money to organize the big event. We will pay the artist, studying with them site specific works, we will organize scaffoldings and paints, banners and flyers. We will invest on communication because we want everybody knowing and participating to the festival, artists and visitors.
You’ll make the difference, you just need a donation to believe in us finding a great choice of creative and unique prizes. Help us for our goal, everything depends on you!

Uovo alla Pop will be her first permanent street art Uovo alla Pop works on contemporary, pop and urban art, a public art that cares about the space where she operates and through exhibition and events, Uovo alla Pop wants to link the relationship between local culture and the artistic vision.
The gallery is active in Livorno since June 2017, in Garibaldi district, one of the most difficult district pf the city with a very interesting history but victim of neglect that wasted its colorful soul.
Thanks to the activities that took place in the gallery that is also an important meeting space, we had as guest important artist such as Clet Abraham and art critics and curators as Francesco Bonami. All the events have always seen many people taking part both from the city and the district.
In November 2018 the gallery created the project “parete aperta” where shutters of closed shops took life again through the street art, colors and faces depicted create a little street district gallery.
The cultural association is composed by four women, representing design, painting, writing, architecting, tourism that from a while organize great events in abandoned lieu as “Bagitto”, art festival “Art-on”, and pop-up stores of design objects and works of art. The uovas are 4 women: Valeria Aretusi, architect and dj, Libera Capezzone alias Libertà is a painter, Viola Barbara is a poet and tourist guide and Giulia Bernini is a graphic designer. We want to thank Valentina Restivo for having started this story with us in June 2017, the foundation. She will remain our partner.

The association deals with art in a public fruition that takes into account the space in which it is inserted and which, through events, workshops and thematic routes, manages to reconnect the relationship between local culture, sociality and artistic vision. He was born and worked in Livorno, in the Garibaldi district, steeped in city history. Through the activities carried out in our space have passed the likes of Clet Abraham and art critics such as Francesco Bonami.
