What is it about?
It's an ambitious project: create 12 different beers (one per month) with different styles and aromas for you to discover, from coffee to stout, to chestnut flavors, without forgetting classics such as Apa and pilsen.
Craft beer is known, has had an all-Italian success thanks to the new styles, the innovation, the fashion and the quality that our agricultural products can offer.
The goal is to create a start-up from an artisan microbrewery using the short chain, from vegetable production to fruit, to barley, which is the main ingredient.
Innovation is that all organic waste (barley, vegetables, exhausted fruit, etc.) will be reintegrated into mulch to obtain humus or organic fertilizer and subtract co2 from the atmosphere.
How funds will be used
Buy 100 liters mash tun and beer fermenter: the essential equipment to brew a good craft beer.
Who's behind the project?
Luigi Fusco, a great beer enthusiast, is looking far new tastes and fragrances.
Over 30 years ago, on a school trip, I visited a large Italian brewery and listened carefully to the brewing process, at the end of the day we went for a snack and a small beer tasting, then for three days I felt the sweetness of malt and the bitterness of hops.
Today i want to let you feel the same taste and scent I have once felt, give me the chance to do this!
